The levaya of Mrs. Ethel Nechama Bryski, wife of R’ Mottel Bryski OBM and matriarch of a large and prominent Lubavitcher family, was held in New York on Monday.
She is survived by her children: Eliezer HaKohen Bryski – Brooklyn, New York; Sholom Ber Hakohen Bryski – Brooklyn, New York; Yitzchok Hakohen Bryski – Brooklyn, New York; Yaakov HaKohen Bryski – Brooklyn, New York; Rochel Kohn – Brooklyn, New York; Chave Einbinder – Tarzana, California; Menachem HaKohen Bryski – Agoura Hills, California; Moshe HaKohen Bryski – Agoura Hills, California; Rivkah Katz – Los Angeles, California; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brother, Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Eckhaus.
The Bryski Family will be sitting shivah at 390 Crown Street (between Brooklyn and New York Avenues). Minyan participation will be greatly appreciated to enable four chiyuvim to daven for the omud.

Mrs Bryski went sometimes on mivtzoim to the prison. She said that she had
gone by bus a few times a week, for 30 years, to feed the patients at nearby
hospitals. Truly inspiring. May Hashem comfort her family.
Such a nice woman that had a heart of gold.
