Take this to heart from Parshas Yisro:
Dear Yidden, either instead of or maybe together with a The Late Parsha Show video, here’s a script I prepared and I just want you to read it.
Allow me to tell you what you may already know.
Moshiach is not a hype word.
I mean. It can be, because it could and should certainly hype you up.
But really, it’s something very genuine and practical.
It’s the innate truth of existence. The goal we aim for whether consciously or subconsciously.
To G-d, it always was and is the inner purpose of creation.
G-d created and constantly recreates and animates the entire world, so everything – all- is essentially energy of the divine.
However G-d does this covertly, invisible to the naked eye and gives us the mission and ability to make it overt. To make G-d comfortable to be exposed within the physical world.
That’s Moshiach. (Minus alot of details. 😉
This fact, that everything and every aspect of the entire world is powered by G-d (at the very least backhandedly) is especially evident with the human body. What a complicated, multifaceted and yet wholesome, brilliantly designed human!
It is especially significant with the bodies of those humans G-d chose to be his treasured people, to whom at Mount Sinai he gave his most treasured possession; the torah, and to whom he charged with this mission of sharing its message for the world and revealing the divine within all of it.
Powering those bodies is not only divine spiritual energy or G-dliness, but there’s a literal piece of G-d within those bodies.
They have a tremendous personal, and global responsibility.
“They”, that’s us.
The Jewish people.
You.
What did you say?
“But I’m not a shliach”?
Um, yes you are.
I mean YOU were placed inside your body for what?
Are you a prisoner or a chaplain? 😉
–
My dearest brothers and sisters, get in Moshiach mode and “Moshiach Now” won’t just be something you say but something you know and live.
You’ll directly and indirectly inspire fellow yidden to switch on this mode as well and you can even inspire non yidden to get in their respective Moshiach mode.
Dear G-d, I’ll do this.
I’m begging your wonderful, powerful, beautiful, and treasured people to do this as well.
Now G-d, get in YOUR Moshiach Mode.
(Minus absolutely no details.;)
