The victims killed in the terror shooting in Jerusalem’s Neve Ya’akov neighborhood on Friday night were all named on Motzei Shabbos.
The attack left seven people dead, including married couple Eli and Natali Mizrahi.
Eli’s father, Shimon, said the pair had gone outside to try and help those who had been shot, and were killed by the terrorist at point-blank range.
Eli, 48, and 45-year-old Natali had been married for just two years.
The third victim was named as Rafael Ben Eliyahu, 56.
Ben Eliyahu, a resident of the area, was survived by his wife and three children. He worked for the state-owned Israel Post.
The fourth victim of the shooting attack was identified as 14-year-old Asher Natan. Natan was the youngest victim of the attack, and was on his way to Shul. COL.org.il reported that 3 of his sisters are students at the Chabad School Bais Chana in Jerusalem.
The boy’s father was in reportedly in Shul on Shabbos morning, giving Chizuk to others in the aftermath of the horrific attack, one moved congregant told COL.org.il.
The fifth victim of the shooting attack was named as 68-year-old Shaul Hai.
Hai was a Gabbai at a synagogue in the neighborhood, but not the one where the attack took place, according to the Kikar Shabbat news site.
The report said Hai was killed while heading to a Torah Shiur at his synagogue.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said another of the victims was a Ukrainian citizen, who was later named Irina Korolova.
According to Hebrew media reports, Korolova worked as a caretaker.
“We share [Israel’s] pain after the terrorist attacks in Jerusalem. Among the victims is a [Ukrainian] woman,” Zelensky wrote on Twitter.
“Sincere condolences to the victims’ families. The crimes were cynically committed on the [International] Holocaust Remembrance Day.”
The final victim to be identified was named as 26-year-old Ilya Sosansky.

At least the cabinet is meeting tonight with a solid response thanks to real Jews like Ben Gevir. They will be allowing jewish citizens to obtain legal firearms. As some may know that there is a strict gun control in Israel like the lefty Newyork system
I live in Jerusalem and carry b”H. I’m sure most law abiding citizens in Neve Ya’akov could get a gun permit if they apply. We need more people to apply and carry.
Every single Shul in Israel need to have at least 3 armed men situated in different places of the Shul. This should never be happening. We have the right to protect ourselves!
The Golus is waaay too long. The pain is way too strong!
Everyone, let’s follow the words of our dear Rebbe: Ad Mosai?! (3)
In order to give the descendant of King David – King Moshiach the ability to get started with his lofty mission and rule over his beloved nation (and nations of the world) revealing G-d’s sovereignty of the world, We must pronounce Yechi HaMelech Long Live the King! Without getting into politics of any sort .WE WANT MOSHIACH NOW – we don’t want to wait!
Hashem, pls take us out of Galus, BRING MOSHIACH NOW!

We need to reduce the numbers of Arabs living in Jerusalem. This Ben Gevir is on target. Other times in previous governments it would take months just to seal up the home of a terrorist. The safety of Jews should be number one. It’s unfortunate that it took such a massacre to get things moving quickly. The new orders of the Ben Gevir and the… Read more »
