Teachers: Start the Year Right

Picture your students sitting in neatly aligned rows. Their eyes are fixed upon you as you speak. There is no scuffling. There is no noise. Seem unlikely? While many of us wish for perfect order, a smoothly running classroom is often elusive.

Now before the start of the new school year, renowned educational consultant and master teacher, Rabbi Yaakov Shputz, will lead a professional Workshop, Wednesday, August 25th (15 Elul) in the Beth Rivkah Seminary Building which is located at 310 Crown Street (in former Head Start building) between New York and Nostrand Avenues.

Rabbi Shputz will discuss no-nonsense strategies to help assure success in the learning process and avoid behavior problems — even when the classroom is a bee-hive of activity.

Beth Rivkah Seminary has a long-standing tradition of excellence. And now administrators have embarked upon additional venues in which to train the next generation of Chabad teachers.
