6 days of virtual Winter Camp have come to a close, with fun, games, achdus, inspiration and farbrengens, led by Head Counselor, counselor and technology team in one, Rochele Namdar.
70 campers joined the camp, hailing from almost every European country and even faraway Ghana.
The camp ran 3 daily sessions, including one for teenage Pioneer campers. The virtual event included camp activities like Escape from Russia, Scavenger Hunts, farbrengens and writing to the Rebbe.
Camp culminated with a Virtual banquet, featuring speeches by campers and a Kumzitz led by singer Esther Freeman.
“It’s not the end, it’s just beginning,” says Rabbi Alexander Namdar, who directs the Tzeirei Hashluchim camps of Sweden, with his wife Leah.
Tzeirei Hashluchos Sweden is now launching a once a week virtual camp event for young Shluchos in Europe, called Tzeirei Hashluchos Connect which will take place each Tuesday evening, bezH with fun, friends and farbrengens.
Starting tomorrow, Tuesday 21 Teves, for 11 weeks until Pesach.
