All the Shluchim from Russia, Ukraine and Europe talk a lot about the tremendous influence among Jewish friends and young people, since they began to hold a “Kollel Torah” every day in their city. Couples were married according to Halacha, briss Milas were performed for Jews of all ages, and the main thing: a daily and eternal connection to Hashem and the Rebbe, by studying Torah and keeping mitzvos.
