Where’s that support ?
Why aren’t there any such organizations for single dads?
Because we are waiting for you to establish this organization for single dads instead of just sitting and complaining
moms make all these groups to support other moms…maybe the single dads can do the same instead of waiting on women to do everything for them.
This organization was started by a single mom and is a network of women. Maybe the men can organize one for themselves too. Why haven’t they done that I wonder
mishpachtainu was opened by an individual single mom. no one is stopping you as a single dad to open your own male version. I’m sure it’ll be highly appreciated and maybe mishpachtainu can even help you out with advise
Your response is akin to saying that because Hatzalah was founded by a male heart attack patient, female heart attack patients should go find another source of funding or start their own separate emergency medical service.
Do you think a woman should start a Dads organization and host Dad’s for Shabbos? You not making that much sense.
When one sees a good idea it is for them to try and get it started. Nu??
Your response is akin to saying that because Hatzalah was founded by a male heart attack patient, female heart attack patients should go find another source of funding or start their own separate emergency medical service.
This analogy highlights the absurdity of your suggestion. Just as Hatzalah provides emergency medical services to anyone in need, regardless of gender, Mishpachtainu should provide support to all single parents, regardless of gender.
Good idea, get going with your grand idea!! It’s challenging to get funding for just the support and Shabbosos for the woman overseen by one woman– it is highly inappropriate and not practical to expect this woman to take on any more. Perhaps, you ought to start working on your own projects
Divorce is terrible for fathers and their kids. The systems are entirely biased against them. We need organizations who support fathers and defend them legally.
