A new Yeshivas Kayitz (aptly named “The Yeshivas Kayitz”) will open this summer in Tannersville, NY, with focus on thorough learning, Chassidishe growth, and personal attention.
Geared to bochurim coming out of Shiur Beis and shiur Gimmel Mesivta, The Yeshivas Kayitz will remain small, with a large staff to student ratio, ensuring that every bochur’s gashmius and ruchnius needs are attended to.
The Yeshivas Kayitz staff will include Rabbi Moshe Silman of Oholei Torah Mesivta, an experienced mashpia famous for his shiurim and farbrengens as Menahel Ruchni. Rabbi Pinye Korf, senior Mashpia of 770 and Oholei Torah Zal, will act as senior mashpia of the yeshivas kayitz, joined by a team of talented and devoted bochurim and yungerleit that will deliver Shiurim in Nigleh, Halacha and Chassidus. Frequent frabrengens will take place, ensuring that chassidishkeit is a first priority.
An emphasis will be put on learning Gemora baal peh, with “schoro btzido”.
The yeshivas Kayitz is based in the Chabad house of Tannersville. Learning and davening will take place in the large, newly renovated shul, with dining facilities.
The bochurim will be housed in a large luxurious house located just minutes walk away from the Shul.
Sports and activities will be part of the daily schedule, as well as weekly trips to the numerous local attractions and water sports in the area.
The program will begin on Thursday, Hei Tammuz- July 3rd, and run until Chof Beis Av- August 19th.
