Amidst the current challenges on campuses worldwide, Chabad on Campus students on the LivingLinks trip walked out of Auschwitz determined to stand firm and proud in their commitment to Yiddishkiet.
The LivingLinks trip by Chabad on Campus International is a seven-day trip to Poland, exploring Jewish life in pre-war Poland and the devastating effects of the Holocaust through the lens of Chassidus. LivingLinks aims to strengthen students’ connection and engagement with their own Yiddishkeit and inspire a deep sense of Jewish pride within its participants.
The visit to Auschwitz inspired students to increase their commitment to Torah and Mitzvos, with many students putting on Tefillin right outside the barracks. They left with a renewed sense of mission to showcase their Jewish pride and strength upon their return despite the many challenges of the current campus climate.
