No, no, no… standing is not exercise. Even walking is not exercise.
Running is exercise. Biking (uphill) is exercise. Swimming is exercise. Anything that gets your heart rate up.

if you stand correctly it will most definitely not put too much stress on the heart

See Gemara Ksubos, 60B (I’m certain it’s Kesubos, uncertain if the daf is right), saying the consequences of too much sitting, and recommending dividing the day into three parts, 1/3 sitting, 1/3 standing, 1/3 laying.
