Specialty Coffee Comes to Pesach

As consumer habits evolve, specialty coffee has become a fixture of most people’s mornings. Thanks to The Chosen Bean’s latest Kosher L’Pesach initiative, you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee every day of Pesach as well.

The Chosen Bean, a specialty coffee company based in Florida, will be producing a special Kosher L’Pesach run of their roastery under the hashgocho of the Orthodox Rabbinical Board of Broward County. On offer will be their celebrated Moses Roast, a Decaf roast as well as several other single origin specialty beans.

“I hear from many customers that they struggle throughout Pesach with the existing coffee options,” said Moshe Ruza, Roastmaster at The Chosen Bean. “So we decided to bring specialty coffee to the Kosher L’Pesach market and hopefully contribute to everyone’s Pesach pleasure.”

The Chosen Bean began as a pet hobby for Ruza, who was formerly a scuba diving instructor living on the island of Bonaire. As interest in specialty coffee grew so did the business, and The Chosen Bean is now a nationally recognized name amongst coffee consumers.

As Roastmaster at The Chosen Bean, Ruza oversees the coffee selection from small farms across the world, the roasting process at the Florida facility, and the specialty blends The Chosen Bean is now famous for.
