Female Jewish singer Moussia Mendelsohn has released a new music video for her song “The Gift of Time” for women and girls only, using one of the melodies of Chasidic singer Beri Weber.
After her first hit, “Moussiapella Halev Sheli” which received thousands of views worldwide, Moussia Mendelsohn has once again released a second single, using the tune of Beri Weber, this time creating her own message and writing the lyrics, under the guidance of her mother, Rebbetzin Sarah Mendelsohn.
“This song represents the story of our lives,” Moussia says. “A Creator who gives chances time and time again to the soul that came into this world. Some days are just too hard…we break down…we stumble…but with a merciful Father, and His enduring love we are taught to ‘get up and dance again’ and never give up. We are constantly being given…’The Gift of Time’. You must believe in yourself, because your Father believes in you.”
