Yes, what a kind and gentle man. My family is close to him and I never understood what a special person he is. The humility he has is simply outstanding – you’d never guess how much he has done for others because he leads such a modest life. He was just a man we occasionally bumped into but he was a world of a man. May HaShem bentch us all with Moshiach so we enjoy his presence once more, along with all those who have passed on, may it now. Amen!

Oy, I remember him well, although lost touch with him, many moons ago.
I was with the American kvutza that came to Kfar Chabad from Morristown after Pesach in mid 1987 (and actually grew up as a kid in Motown, hanging around the Yeshiva, and remember him there, as well). He was a gentle giant, and had a good sense of humor.
Reb Aron, Peace unto you my brother, and may your holy Neshamah have Aliyah, and be a gutte better for Klal Yisroel.
