This is true, you can’t change certian situations yet you can change your attitude in how you deal with it. And your mind is a very powerful tool. Mind over matter, as they say.

Having experienced many tragedies in my own family in 2008 separate from what is happening to the whole world, the writer surely must be aware that every individual is unique and reacts differently to events around him or her. I lost my father and my brother and my mother is in a nursing home with dementia. Please tell me oh clever writer what I should rejoice about????
