Just because there is not an alert is no reason to let security lapse.

Stop propping open doors, CCW wherever you go if you are able, etc.

Specifically against Chabad ?. Does this include schools also?

I’m pretty sure that Hatzala is ambulance. And Shmira is police, I think.

Can anyone tell me for what I would call the following? What do they do? Boruch Hashem we have so many emergency agencies! I want to call the right one if needed, may Hashem preserve us!

2) Shomrim

Shimira and Shomrim are the same thing. They are local community watch groups in touch with police but are not police. Chaveirim is a help group for flat tires, lockouts, lost people, Etc.
