Crown Heights residents have arranged for a street closure this upcoming Yom Tov for outdoor Hakafos to be held this Simchas Torah in Crown Heights.
Carroll Street between Albany and Troy Avenues will be closed off for Hakafos for Simchas Torah.
A Kiddush with refreshments will be served to accompany the Hakafos.
Times for Hakafos:
Wednesday, 10/23 from 7:00pm – 9:30pm
Thursday, 10/24 from 7:00pm – 9:30pm
Friday, 10/25 from 11:00am – 2:30pm.
