During the day on Tuesday, hundreds of volunteers came through the doors of the shluchim office to help get out the word. You would think that people would go to sleep at some point. But at 2:21am, there were still 50 volunteers finishing off their shifts – and a new shift was just arriving.
A group of Israeli bochurim had arrived to call the Israeli Anash and Shluchim. Sushi and blue slush abounded galore.
As of 6:57am the longest standing volunteer – who has been here since the beginning of the campaign – is still making phone callls to Australia and South Africa. “This doesn’t happen every day,” Berel told us. “We have the opportunity to bring in 1 million dollars for the Shluchim’s children, and I’m doing my part.”
Some people calling at 7am have managed to get catch a few hours of sleep in between. Levi, 11 years old, kept on calling people throughout the day, went to sleep for a few hours, and is back bright and early to call the French community. Levi knows three languages, and speaks a perfect Hebrew.
“It’s unbelievable to see how generous everyone has been,” Sholom says, “California, Florida, New York, Australia, France, Israel, Italy, South Africa, London and everywhere in between. It’s amazing to see everyone come together in such a beautiful way.”

Dear Shluchim office wow this is really exciting unbelievable there’s only one that you need to do is to thank Heshem of course not only it’s all about dancing and sayings Lchaim it is considered as a Yom Tov you should go from strength to strength happiness and successful Simchas Nachas you should make a nother 2 million great job good luck and keep up the good work have a happy and a healthy summer
My kids go to the online school and we are deeply deeply thankful for it, and deeply appreciate all the hard work that goes into making it the outstanding success it is. But it is so hard for us to come up with the tuition money and they RAISED tuition for next year. This year we were told over and over again no scholarships, no break. I hope this million dollars mean that at least scholarships will be available for next year.
Thank you Moshe Pinson for getting this done, even with the new mikvah set to open this Sunday
I donated 500!
So proud of you! You look amazing…
Mountain sights
hopefully the money will go towards the shluchim that need it and can get a break in tuiton now

excuse my undisciplinary reply or suggestion,
I have been many a year involved in fund raising, I and many others are very well aware that many (or some) pledge monies by cash and or check, and much trust and honesty is applied, for the monies are not ACTUALLY there.
however, by card, you know you have the pledge in actuality.
I must respectfully add, I know suggestion is so much easier. but, the Shluchim office wants to make sure the funds are there without running after people for their promise,
As a Shliach out there i want to say how much i and all shluchim worldwide admire gedalya and all his staff for their dedication to our needs and enabeling us to fulfill our shlichus of the Rebbe.
Yasher Koach!
This was the dream of our Uncle Mendel, a”h. Thank you Fetzer Mendel for your vision and inspiration.
Unless one is living on shlichus and benefitting from the online school, I don’t believe you can truly fathom the extent of what this means to shluchim. This is not another nice program, temporary activity, etc. This is literally our life line!
Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation.
Yasher Koach to Gedalia and Moishie…for never giving up.
mazzel tov mazzel tov from all the sheluchim in ashkelon’ israel
The girls stayed until 4:00 AM… Give them some credit!
I am THRILLED for the shluchim office!!
Kol hakavod and hatzlacha raba!

excuse my old fashioned ways but how come it is not any more fashionable to write a check, every campaign these days only sets forth a link to pay on line
