Over 500 Young Shluchim and Shluchos from around the world participated in the Mishloach Manos Mania initiative and joined the interactive Purim rally, both hosted by Tzeirei Hashluchim Year Round Programming of the Shluchim Office.
The Mishloach Manos Mania project connects and partners up Young Shluchim/Shluchos around the world with their peers to send a Mishloach Manos package and to receive one in return.
The Young Shluchim and Shluchos got creative with their packages and had so much fun receiving one in return. So many connections have been forged through them getting to connect with peers on Shlichus just like them.
The Purim International rally on Sunday included a juggling show by Caio Stevanovich, Purim play acted out by the children and Pessukim recited by Shluchim and Shluchos from around the world and opportunities for awesome raffles.
The Young Shluchim and Shluchos joined fully dressed in their costumes, connecting it to something unique from their Makom HaShlichus.
“It was so special to see the joy and excitement on each child’s face when they received their Mishloach Manos or participated during the rally,” said director Rochel Goldman. “Being able to participate and celebrate Purim together with fellow Shluchim and Shluchos is a powerful experience for each child.”
