Ever since high school, Liba Andrusier (nee Frank) has been a perpetual “planner.” Organizers, date books, calendars, and of course to-do lists, dominated her life.
Being the oldest of a large family, she made it a habit to be organized in her roles as head counselor of a summer camp, Bais Rivkah Production Head and later on as a wife, mother, Shlucha and running the Friendship Circle of the Capital Region in Albany, NY.
As life became more demanding, necessitating even more lists, she looked through and used what seemed like every available organizer and planner on the market.
What she found was that not a single one of them met her particular needs as a Jewish wife and mother.
“What I needed was not only a physical to-do list, but also a spiritual one too,” she says. “I wanted a planner that would address the myriad roles Jewish women perform on a daily basis where we run our family, our shlichus or business.”
So what’s a Shlucha to do? Andrusier created and published her own planner and called it the “Jewish Mom’s Plan-It” which she dedicated to the Rebbe – “my daily inspiration.”
She included in it Hebrew and English dates, Jewish and chassidic holidays, shopping lists, menu ideas, daily Hayom Yom, weekly goals for the entire family and even a check-off list for daily exercise, drinking 8 cups of water.
The Plan-It is available on Amazon.com and Judaica stores in Crown Heights and Flatbush. For more, visit www.jewishmomsplanit.weebly.com

Such a smarrt idea, to create a calender a jewish mom can use! growing up in skokie, illinois, it was not always easy to find the jewish additions of games, books, calenders etc.(although bh were lucky, its still never crown heights though) now with this brilliant calender idea, libas made it easy for me as a jewish mom to organize my (very) hectic life truly an inspiration how a woman who does so much, can think of yet another perfect thing…. but what of less would I expect from a frank? (I happen to have met her younger sis devorah… Read more »

Love the concept and would love it even more if it was in the form of an app! Most people I know now have their calendars and to-do lists in their phone so that they use their lists on the go. Something to consider…
I bought one a few days ago. There is a sample planner in the Jewish stores so you can see what you are buying before you purchase it
I purchased one a week ago. It is well done, inspirational and very practical. I have since bought one as a gift for someone I know that would appreciate it.
Thank you for finally making a planner fit for the Jewish Mother!
Liba! congratulations!! It looks amazing! I can’t wait to use mine!!
If you look at the ad on top it shows that this 2 volume set goes from October through next September- the jewish year.
i’ve been looking around at planners and agree that none around seem fit for a jewish wife and mother who also is in business or shlichus. This looks great BH!

Best gifts you can give to yourself and to friends is how to better manage time.
Combined with a dose of spirituality this is a must to all moms.
cant wait to get mine tomorrow! Is it on amazon? Link?
Mazal Tov on a job well done ! I’m so proud of you, my big sister! Devorah Frank – and your family in Flatbush!
love the idea!
You could see that you put a lot of time and effort on each page. Having a dvar Torah from the Rebeim on each page, is so special ! Combining reminders to exercise and drink water, is a great combination of ruchniyus and gashmius.Much hatzlacha on this most worthy endeavor! SF
AWESOME IDEA. MY MOM WOULD LOVE THIS
To #1 – to keep it light in your purse, it was divided into 6 months & 6 months. It’s packed with a full page a day as well as a 2 page per week and additional pages making it over 400 pages, that was the reason it was divided into 2 books. To #2-It did, it was out before Rosh Hashana.
LOVE this!! thank u so much for making! worth every penny.
Just purchased these, there amazing, it literally has everything in it, and even thoughts on Torah to read every day. Cant wait to use!
