Shloimy Freundlich, a Crown Heights resident who was active in doing outreach for young people and singles in the neighborhood, passed away on the first night of Pesach, 15 Nissan, 5780.
He was 46.
Shloimy was an active member of the Chevra Ahavas Yisroel Shul, and was involved in organizing shiurim at the Shul, making sure that Chasidishe yomim tovim were celebrated.
Shloimy was active in organizing events for many singles in the neighborhood, and worked to make sure that people had friends and a network to be a part of. He was a very kind and giving person, who constantly looked out for others and offered help to all those who needed.
He was known for making large Shabbos meals, in which he hosted people from all walks of life.
He is survived by his mother, Esther Freundlich – London, England, and siblings, Chaim Freundlich – London, Daniel Freundlich – Crown Heights, Ruth Brocha – London and Binyamin Mordechai Freundlich – Crown Heights.
He was predeceased by his father Moshe.

Every Shabbos he would ask me which Mammer I learned before Davening and he would start discussing it as if he had just learned it
We grew up with shlomie in London,from a young age he was always so kind ,he had a big heart and a big smile.he will be missed.maybe mishnayis can be taken on for his neshama.
He was a just like his dad always smiling & doing good for other people every time I saw his dad he always had a smile I’ll never forget them from YOSSI KINN

He was in shul every shabbot and pften use to give speech by the kidush. He had an amazing memory used to tell us all the stories with exact date about the Rebbe.

Hes would come for the the first meal erev Yom Kippur for the last few years with several of his friends. It was a beautiful easy to go into the fast.
Here will be missed. Always in a good mood. This is so sad.
