When Rabbi Yossi Eliav arrived on Shlichus at Chabad of Clinton Hill & Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, he wasn’t planning to start a security company.

“What if someone was watching live and could stop things before it was too late?” Rabbi Eliav asked.
