Yeshivas Lubavitch Cincinnati, under the leadership of Rabbi Gershon Avtzon, hosted their annual 19 Kislev Farbrengen for the local community and Shluchim in the midwest.
Starting with Maariv, in the spirit of Rosh Hashana LChassidus, and a video of the Rebbe, the Kehilla then sat down for the Seuda.
The story of 19 Kislev was told over by Rabbi Shalom Baras and a Siyum was made by Rabbi Eliyahu Simpson.
The Keynote address was by Rabbi Shlomo Elkan, co-director of Chabad at Oberlin College in Ohio, sat hours after the Seuda to farbreng with the bachurim and anash.
Local chabad friend, Mr. Richard Sadoff spoke of his connection to Chabad. The niggunim of the Yom tov were sang and there was joyous dancing. A special thank you to Rabbi Eliyahu Morrison for all arrangements .
Everyone took hachlatos – including Chalukas Hashas – and were inspired to work harder to bekabel pnei Moshiach tzidkeinu.
