The Jewish center in Kennesaw, Georgia, is preparing for a big Passover celebration for people across West Cobb, Cherokee and Paulding.
Rabbi Zalman Charytan of the Chabad Jewish Center in Kennesaw’s Town Center area opened the Cobb County Board of Commissioners meeting Tuesday night with an invocation pointing out the lessons to be drawn from the upcoming Passover holiday.
Charytan and his wife, Nechami, will play host to a community Passover seder, or ordered holiday meal, on the first night of Passover, Monday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m. at the Chabad center.
