Rabbi Shneur Zalman Oirechman, a Chabad Shliach in Israel, was killed in a car accident on Tuesday night at the age of 33.
He leaves behind a grieving wife and four young children.
Rabbi Oirechman grew up on Shlichus and assisted his father Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Oirechman, Head Shliach of the Krayot region, rabbi of the Shaarei Moshe shul in Kiryat Yam, and chairman of the committee for the writing of the general Torah scroll.
The young Rabbi Oirechman dedicated his life to shlichus and Ahavas Yisrael, serving as a member of the Sefer Torah Hakloli committee and devoting himself to registering Jewish people in the Torah scroll.
With boundless dedication, he spread the light of Torah, Chassidus, and Judaism to all those around him. His noble presence, strengthening smile, and warm heart—always ready to listen and encourage—will forever be etched in the hearts of all who were privileged to know him.
We must help his grieving wife and four young children continue as they face the future without him.
Great tragedy and may Hashem comfort the family.
