Rabbi Levi Shemtov, Executive Vice President of American Friends of Lubavitch (Chabad) offered one idea in response to the terrible events of last Shabbos Pesach at the Chabad Shul in Poway, CA.
Citing the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, he presented the utility of a “Moment of Silence” at the beginning of every school day, which the FBI claims through its data has a direct relation to less juvenile crime in states where it’s mandated.
According to CNN officials, over 3 million viewers tuned in to the program.

Mamash beautiful!
Thank you Rabbi Shemtov
As soon as he got to the moment of silence FBI data, they cut him off. He still got the last word.
