Mrs. Sarah Wolosow, a mother of a Lubavitch family and a resident of Crown Heights passed away Tuesday, Acharon Shel Pesach.
She was 89.
She and her husband raised a large Lubavitch family with grandchildren and great grandchildren, many of them Chabad Shluchim and rabbis.
She is survived by her children Mrs. Miriam Rosenblom – Shlucha in Pittsburgh, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Wolosow – Shliach in Ramat Yishai Israel, Rabbi Chaim Wolosow – Shliach in Sharon, MA, Rabbi Mendel Wolosow – Crown Heights and Mrs. Tzippy Simpson – Crown Heights.
The funeral took place Wednesday, Isru Chag from Shomrei Hadas at 10 AM and passed by 770.
The family is sitting Shiva at 658 Montgomery Street 1-B (corner Kingston), Brooklyn.

She was a great great grandmother.
Although I am not in Crown Heights now, I would like to write you what a special Mother you had. She was spunky, sharp, and very loving.

What a special woman she was. they survived Russia, and then came to america where they raised a beautiful family. She was a true example of chessed and ibergegebenkeit.
i visited her home a number of times. every time i came she offered me something to eat. showed we around. asked me about myself.
She will be missed.
