Russian Junior N’Shei Chabad of Crown Heights of Crown Heights recently held their 25th Annual Farbrengen, with the theme of “Sheyafutzu Maaynasecha Chutza”- “Spreading the wellsprings of Chassidus outward in order to bring Moshiach!”
The guests were in awe as they entered the ballroom, stunningly decorated by Chana Komarovsky, complete with a flowing waterfall, stunning florals, and a breathtaking tree at the center, representing the teachings of Chassidus-the Eitz Chaim. The tables were spread with colorful scrumptious cuisine provided by Turk Catering.
Hundreds of women from all over Brooklyn and beyond filled the hall. As dinner was served, soulful Niggunim were played on violin by Sarah Kleinburg, and musical performances by the talented Clara Landsman, Etti Boruchov, and Miriam Ilyaev were enjoyed. Headlining the night was Rabbi Eli Kogan, who inspired the crowd with humor and true stories, showing that learning Chassidus, no matter how little, always pays off, and when Moshiach comes, there will be that “AHA!” moment when it all comes together.
Other highlights throughout the night included upbeat dancing, video presentations, a fun Chinese Auction, a pop-up health and vitamin shop, and socializing with friends, both old and new.
This event would have not been possible without our team of amazing volunteers, vendors, and presenters, spearheaded by Nurit Sarytchev, who put their heart and soul into every detail to make this milestone Farbrengen a reality.
