The Road Tripping Rabbis, Yaakov Hellinger, Chaim Ferris, Shmuli Bell and Mendel Eichenblatt are hitting the roads of America in search of Jews and non-Jews to inspire and bring light to the world. Their latest visit: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
“Friday we did mivtzoyim at the mall (and got asked to leave but not after some serious “soliciting” was already accomplished). Shabbos we spent farbrenging with Rabbi Y. Shmotkin, and the boys from Morristown,” they reported.
Special thanks to the Robbins family for warmly opening their home and hearts to us weary travelers.
The Road Tripping Rabbis are a group of guys from Wilkes-Barre Youth Development Program traveling across America and stopping in major cities on the way. We will be connecting with local shluchim, geting a feel for the community, and doing as much mivtzoyim as possible.
They have visited Detroit, Chicago and Milwaukee. Next up is Minneapolis, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Los Ángeles.
We’re proud of you guys doing the Rebbe’s work with so much chayus and simcha! Shmueli, the videos really capture the atmosphere. Keep them coming! Enjoy the rest of your trip.
