A grand Hakhel gathering took place Tuesday evening at 770 Eastern Parkway for the Crown Heights community.
The MC for the event was Rabbi Chaim Yisroel Wilhelm, principal of a Oholei Torah Mechina.
The lineup of renowned speakers included Rabbi Shloma Majeski, Dean of Machon L’Yahadus in Crown Heights, who spoke about Hakhel and Geulah, as well as Rabbi Shais Taub, renowned lecturer, who spoke on the topic of “Necessity of Personal Experience.”
The program included a special video presentation for children by My Maor.
All children who participated were included in a special raffle for a bike, a drone and a gift certificate for seforim, courtesy of IrgunTorah.org.
This grand hakhel gathering was organized to fulfill the Rebbe’s hora’a for Shnas Hakhel.
