Rebbetzin Miriam Swued, wife of Rabbi Chaim Swued OBM from Mexico City, passed away on Shabbos Parshas Kedoshim.
She was 65.
Miriam and her husband served as Shluchim of the Rebbe in Mexico City, Mexico for many years. Her husband passed away two years ago.
She is survived by her children Rajel Levy – Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rosa Cohen – Montreal, Eliyahu Swued – Mexico City, Naomi Heber – Crown Heights, and Shevi Piekarski – Bogota, Colombia.
The Levaya will leave from Shomrei Hadas on Sunday, Chof Zayin Nissan at 2:00 pm and will pass by 770 at approximately 2:30 PM.
The family will be sitting Shiva at 472 Malbone St.
