The forthcoming Siyum HaRambam, scheduled for next Tuesday on Eastern Parkway, is set to premiere a compelling short film titled “Beyond Coincidence”. The film spotlights the remarkable stories of Mr. Lipa Lieberman, Managing Director at Meridian Investment Sales, and Rabbi Yitzchok Schmukler, founder of Chabad of the Galveston Bay Area near Houston.
Despite their vastly different professions, both Mr. Lieberman and Rabbi Schmukler shared a common commitment to the daily study of Rambam, and experienced extraordinary events that fortified their dedication during challenging times. “Beyond Coincidence” captures the essence of these unique stories, demonstrating the incredible resilience and dedication that Rambam study can inspire.
Throughout his impressive career, Mr. Lieberman has closed more than $6 billion in real estate transactions, yet he found his most rewarding experiences in the steadfast pursuit of spiritual enrichment. On the other hand, Rabbi Schmukler, hailing originally from Montreal, dedicated his life to serving the Jewish community in the Galveston Bay Area near Houston.
The Siyum HaRambam program, which will also include performances by renowned singers and addresses from leading rabbis, is eagerly awaiting the debut of “Beyond Coincidence”. The film promises to lend an extra layer of depth and personal inspiration to the grand celebration.
