Always seeking to expand the reach of his teachings, Rabbi Paltiel has recently taken a monumental step in his mission by entering the world of social media. Now, his followers can not only access his wisdom through his website, InsideChassidus.org, but also find him on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Spotify, and WhatsApp.
Why the sudden digital expansion? For years, Rabbi Paltiel had limited his online presence to his website and a Facebook group. While some wanted him to be more easily accessible, he was cautious about the potential of his teachings being taken out of context, especially in the world of short-form content. The challenges of finding time and resources to maintain a broad social media presence seemed insurmountable.
This past Shavuos, Rabbi Paltiel was invited to speak at Chabad of Southampton, NY, where he gave a series of speeches to the local Jewish community. The talks moved and inspired the community, especially those unfamiliar with his teachings, such as Dovid Konikov, the son of the local Shliach Rabbi Rafe Konikov.
Prompted by the overwhelming number of classes available, Dovid inquired about Rabbi Paltiel’s presence on social media. Learning about the Rabbi’s absence from these platforms, Dovid convinced Rabbi Paltiel to reach out to a broader audience through these channels.
Recognizing the potential to disseminate Torah wisdom far and wide, Rabbi Paltiel agreed. The result is his classes being edited into small clips that can be viewed on social media alongside the lengthier in-depth classes.

Thank you Rabbi. Scrolling through TikTok or other social media sites, and being interrupted mid-garbage by a Rebbe video or a bisel chassidus has saved me many times from being totally sucked into the crazy, addictive posts.

TikTok and Judaism seem worlds apart, too far to compute in ones mind as on the same earth. Seeing Rabbi and Jewish messages on TikTok bring Yiddishkeit even there, allowing a combination of mind, heart and Neshama allowing one to pull out of the TikTok trash explosion and move up from there.
