A hundred people gathered this past Tuesday in South Caulfield Shul in Melbourne, Australia, where Shliach Rabbi Yacov Barber launched his new Haggadah for Pesach.
“Generation to Generation” is a compilation of Rabbi Barber’s numerous thoughts and commentaries on the Haggadah which he has shared with his family and community over many years.
When his wife, Mrs. Rivkie Barber obm, tragically passed away last year at the age of 49, he decided to honor her with compiling a beautiful collection of short ideas from wide ranging sources into an easy to read Hebrew-English Haggadah.
Intended for all types of Jews and levels of knowledge, the Haggadah presents ideas from the Lubavitcher Rebber, Vilna Gaon, Chasam Sofer as well as many more classic and contemporary commentaries.
It is a meaningful addition to one’s Seder, with an impressive selection of fascinating material and depth of ideas.
This Hebrew-English Hagada annotated by Rabbi Barber is now available in all Judaica stores and online via www.BarberHaggadah.com
