The Women in Green movement on Monday night, the night of Tisha B’Av, held the traditional march around the walls of Jerusalem. Monday marked the 23rd year that this march has taken place.
The event began with a joint reading of the Book of Eicha (Lamentations) in Independence Park in central Jerusalem. Immediately afterward, the march took place and concluded with a rally near the Lions’ Gate.
One of the participants was Rabbi Sholom Ber Lipskar, Senior Rabbi of The Shul of Bal Harbour in Surfside, Florida, and founder of the Aleph Institute.
Rabbi Sholom Lipskar with his nuanced approach articulates the position of the Lubavitcher Rebbe of Righteous Memory.
May G-d in His mercy send Moshiach to our world to redeem it for eternity.
Glad Chabad is officially participating in Shlaymus Haaretz.
