Rabbi Yitzchak Schochet has wrapped up an extraordinary four-day European tour in honour of Yud Tes Kislev, making inspiring stops in Cologne, Bucharest, Berlin, and Stockholm.
At each venue, Rabbi Schochet captivated diverse audiences with his signature blend of depth, clarity, and humour, illuminating both the eternal significance of Chassidus and the global spiritual impact of Yud Tes Kislev – the “Rosh Hashanah of Chassidus.”
Across all four cities, attendees described the events as electrifying, transformative, and deeply relevant. Shluchim reported unprecedented engagement, noting that audiences were “riveted from start to finish,” with many expressing that the talks reshaped their understanding of Chassidic thought and its contemporary relevance.
The tour sparked concrete outcomes as well. In one community, a group of participants committed to launching a weekly Chassidus class, while others undertook new personal study resolutions.
Rabbi Schochet remarked, “Yud Tes Kislev is not just a date on the calendar – it’s a call to deepen our spiritual awareness and bring Chassidus into everyday life. To see so many communities embrace that energy across Europe was profoundly uplifting.”
Shluchim across the four cities expressed immense gratitude for the inspiration and renewed enthusiasm Rabbi Schochet brought into their communities, especially at a time when Jewish strength and spiritual connection are more vital than ever.
