Heartbroken – no words.
A giant of a man – scholarship, leadership and compassion. A great loss to our community and to Chabad.
Moshiach is definitely on the way. May we see him now!

The greatest Rav around. The sweetest of the sweet. A gaon Olam! This is heartbreaking and we must end this nightmare right now! We need to start behaving like there is a killer virus in our midst and not some overblown headlines on the news, and we need to start doing tshuva. The Rambam says every Jew has to see the world as though everything is depending on his personal private decisions right now at this moment. Today this is not theoretical! May we hear good news!

It’s only in the last couple of months that I’ve really known R’ Gurary, when I transferred my shiur to Chevra Shas. In that short time, though, I’ve gotten some small idea of what a special talmid chacham and chassid and ish chessed he was. חבל על דאבדין ולא משתכחין!
