R’ Zev Garellek, a beloved husband, father and grandfather from Montreal, Quebec, passed away on Wednesday, 7 Iyar, 5784.
He was 67.
As a bochur, R’ Zev learned in Tomchei Temimim in Montreal.
He was known as a kind man with good middos. He passed away on Wednesday after battling an illness.
He is survived by his wife Rochel (Robyne) and children Tovah Steinberg, Chani Hayward and Yehudah Garellek, and grandchildren.
He is also survived by his siblings Marsha Ostrov (Crown Heights) and Shimon Garellek (Montreal).
Shiva will be held at 16 Roger Pilon, apt 105
