R’ Yosef Yechiel Lifshitz, a longtime Crown Heights resident, passed away on Wednesday, 16 Elul, 5784.
He was 61 and suffered from an illness.
He is survived by his wife Dvorah (nee Eichler) and children Binyomin Lifshitz, Mushka Flint, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Lifshitz and Bella Brook, all of Crown Heights.
He is also survived by his parents R’ Shlomo and Chaya Lifshitz and his siblings Binyomin, Musi Goldshmid, Tzvika and Chani Olidort, all of Kfar Chabad, Israel.
The Levaya will take place on Thursday, passing 770 Eastern Parkway at 2:00 PM and burial at 3:00 PM at the Old Montefiore Cemetery in Queens.
Shiva will be observed at 521 Montgomery St. Entrance only from the alleyway (between New York and Brooklyn aves)
