Reb Klonimus Kalmen Drimmer, a longtime resident of the Crown Heights neighborhood who lived in later years in Flatbush, passed away Thursday morning, 20 Cheshvan 5775.
He was 99 years old.
While living in Crown Heights he was the neighbor of Rabbi Leibel Groner, the Rebbe’s Mazkir. When Drimmer donated a Torah in memory of his wife Mrs. Batya Drimmer, Rabbi Groner attended and shared memories.
The levaya will take place on Thursday at 1:00 PM at Shomrei Hadas Chapels, 3803 14th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11218.
He is survived by his children R’ Shlome Drimmer and Mrs. Ruth Gilad; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Shiva will be at 396 Crown St. (between Brooklyn & New York Avenues) in Crown Heights.

Reb Kalman Drimmer was a big meyuchas. He was a direct descendant of highly respected Rabbanim in Europe namely of Harav Shlomo Drimmer the mechaber of Shu”t Bais Shloma posek hachatzer in chassidic courts and he was the Mesader Kiddushin by Der Heiliger Ruzhiner ob”m.
