This evening two different protests will be passing through the Crown Heights area, Shmira has informed.
Two different protests are marching down Eastern Parkway as of 10:15 PM, each coming from opposite directions, they said.
“The protests seem to be peaceful and quiet as of now,” they said. “We urge residents to be vigilant if they need to be out,” they said.
“Use common sense to keep safe and be vigilant to avoid contact with rowdy groups,” they said.
A curfew is currently in effect in New York City from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Cyus vance said protesters wont be prosecuted for disorderly conduct so in reality curfew means nothing.
This is why they keep protesing.
Can you please cover the car that purposefully rammed into protesters on at least two occasions, On Brooklyn and St John’s and Brooklyn and Eastern Parkway?
I understand that all of this might be traumatizing for people remembering the Crown Heights Riots, but it’s not the same thing… Telling people to not engage while ignoring what sparked these protests is embarrassing.
