Signs with anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian messages have been seen around the Crown Heights neighborhood over the past few days, glued to walls and signposts.
The signs, bearing hateful antisemitic rhetoric such as “Israel: Stop the Genocide” and “Long Live Palestine,” have been upsetting to many residents. Other signs read “Murder is not a Jewish value” and “no illegal occupation.”
The signs, bearing messages in Yiddish and English, are signed by two organizations – Eve Adams Sisters in Arms and Jewish Voice for Anarchy.
I tried to take them down as I passed by. They need to be taken down with a scraper especially easier now in the rain. Please take them down if you pass by. Please do not put rebbe pictures in top! A tzadiks face should not cover trash street graffiti!
Much better: for a few dolars make some big stickers that say STUPID ANTISEMITES or something similar and stick it on top of the posters
2 cowards came at 3 am with Ski masks it’s not that hard to track them down
From the language it seems to be be from Jewish leftist “progressive activists”
What is being done about it?
There’s always spray paint
