How about stop breeding animals to kill them! And eat natural sources of protein like our ancestors did for millennia. (And occasionally have meat when needed) Fun fact – around 75% of antibiotics in the country go to animals….

That’s like saying stop growing crops to eat them, and instead go gathering whatever grows naturally in the forest, the way Adam Harishon may have done, or the way savages do on remote islands. Or stop building houses to live in, and instead take shelter in whatever natural caves or overhangs we find. There’s nothing holy about nature. On the contrary, nature-worship is avoda zara. Also, our ancestors for millennia did not subsist on “natural” sources of protein. They raised sheep and goats, not only for wool and milk but also for meat.
