President Donald Trump, who has been infected with Covid-19, was discharged from Walter Reed hospital in Maryland on Monday evening.
On Monday afternoon, Trump announced that he will be leaving “the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M.”
“Feeling really good!” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!”
White House physician Dr. Sean Conley said that the president has “met or exceeded” standard discharge protocol.
Trump, whose oxygen levels are now normal, will get another dose of remdesivir before heading back to the White House.
The president was taken to the military hospital in Bethesda on Friday and has been given various antiviral drug treatments including dexamethasone during his stay.

Ask Yudi Dukes. Ask Levi Goldstein. Ask Sholom Rosenblum. Ask 200,000 American families; and ask hundreds of Israeli families. Not to speak of the rest of the world!
Be very afraid! If you get Covid, you are not going to get Donald Trump’s medical care!
If your mother gets Covid, she’s not going to be attended by Donald Trump’s medical team. Or in his hospital. Or get the drugs he’s getting within minutes!
Moshiach Now!!!
Knowledge and treatment has changed very much in the last half year. Quercetin, zinc… there is so much more people can do now. NYC has a few hundred cases currently but only 8 deaths (unfortunately). That’s very different to the way it was in April.
Stay out of NYC hospitals and you’ll be fine. #lessthantheflu
I am glad the president is doing well.
That does not mean that everyone who gets COVID has the same experience 200,000+ dead Americans can testify to that.
Be safe by being careful
Of course let’s not talk about the governor and mayors’ disastrous response to COVID, and the hundreds our governor killed with terrible nursing home regulations. Let’s conveniently lump it with Trump getting COVID somehow.
Logic reigns supreme once again.
how many people do you know in the last 3 months that have needed hospitalization for covid? i know zero. it’s more dangerous to walk on a brooklyn street then the chance of getting hurt by covid… just stay home and don’t leave till we get a new mayor new governor and a vaccine.
There are numerous cases that it hits hard after initial flu symptoms. There is not final call on the president until negative covid tests.
Please, don’t use other people’s names for the benefit of your own fear mongering. I don’t know if you have a political agenda, but writing – be very afraid – is disingenuous at best, and accomplishes nothing.
What is your practical point exactly?
Of course we should be cautious, and of course we should recognize that we are not getting DJT’s medical care. But the level of fear and paranoia that we have descended into, going so far as to NARC on fellow Jews, for something that, while life threatening, would have passed almost under the radar if it were not a divisive political administration, is shameful. We let fear rule us instead of faith, we let politics divide us, we look at the worst case scenarios instead of the best. So please, take it as seriously as if it were a particularly… Read more »
What he is saying is- to not let it dominate your life. Living in fear forever will not let us progress anywhere. Yes MANY have died from COVID. That was in April. Hospitals were shoving ventilators into patients by the thousands because no one else knew of alternative treatments. Now we have more research. The virus has mutated like all viruses do. It is much less harmful than before. And there’s a bigger chance I’ll end up in harm walking on Troy Ave than catching and dying from COVID. Again, still be careful, but no need for draconian lockdowns. Keep… Read more »
