But it seems that she led a life of dedication to others. Yehi Zichra Boruch. May we have Moshiach now!

What a loss!! Orna was one of a kind of a woman. A true scholar of chassidus yet she was so humble and refined.
There was a special aura about her.
I wish I would have attended more of her classes.

I visited her a few times in the Center where she was receiving care. I hope that she has been well taken care of since the quarantine started. She was a powerful, refined, intellectual and holy- yet down to earth person. One of the Nashim Tzidkaniyos.

Orna was a women of great intellect and midos yet extremely humble. Although she had a very challenging life she tried to always be besimcha and mesameach others. Will never forget her. Ad mossai!!

I owe her an eternal debt of GRATITUDE!!!

Orna was my Madrich (counselor) at Bais Chana, MI, where I had been graciously sent by the couple that mekaroved me, & I had been living in New Mexico at the time. Orna wisely “directed” me to go back home, pack my bags, move back to Brooklyn, & learn at Machon Chana! I DID, & the rest, (as they say) is history! May Hashem comfort her family, may her neshama have the HIGHEST ALIYAH, & may she be returned to us IMMEDIATELY w/ the arrival of Moshiach Tzedkeinu!

Is there a way to watch the funeral live?

Orna was truly a special woman!!
She lived and breathed chassidus and always greeted everyone with a smile.

So modest and refined and always learning or teaching.

She will be missed tremendously.

Orna, please make sure Moshiach reveals himself already. We’ve all suffered way too much.

Moshiach now!!!

Smile Even in the darkest moments

Orna as you said personified הוי מקדים את כל האדם בשמחה even while she was in terrible pain and was undergoing treatment she always greeted all with a smile and was interested genuinely in how they were doing.
Orna was a true chassid who put her vast knowledge to work in the most practical and beautiful of ways.
She will be missed
Hashem please bring Moshiach today!!!

She lit up when teaching Torah

Orna, Orna, you have gone to your reward

I wish that 770 would have been / will be expanded, bc with the noise it was hard to hear her words on Shabbos. She was a good soul, and I’m sorry none of the Chevra thought to be in touch about the levaya. She had a balanced mix of being serious (about Chasidus AND Halacha) and be’ simcha. She played the harmonica to enliven people. When we saw her in the hospital, she loved the nigunim. She had a million friends. We will miss this great neshama but hopefully NOT FOR LONG! WITH TECHIYAS HAMEISIM ON THE HORIZON. I… Read more »

She lit up the whole room when she was teaching Torah Or. She was generous with her time and knowledge. She taught me how to learn Torah Or independently and brought me to the Levi Yitzchak library and showed me the Mittler Rebbe’s ma’amorim as well. I was too abashed at her genius to call her my friend, but she will always be my most loved and cherished teacher. She lifted me up so high. There is no one remotely similar to her.
We need her more than ever. Baruch Dayan HaEmes.

She will be missed!!
