Tickets Tickets and More Tickets
April 7, 2009 5:34 pm

The police consume 99% of their time writing Traffic Tickets and Parking tickets instead of using their scarce resources to go after real criminals.

When you call the police and they arrive an hour later, their excuse is that they were very busy.

But we know what they are so busy with, with writing tickets.

come on

Since when do they just go out on the street and ask people at random? I happened not to be walking on the street so wasn’t asked! They should send mailings out to all residents; I have lot’s to tell them about how much I think they suck!!
