Police Officers of Brooklyn’s 71 Precinct responded to multiple calls for shots fired at 394 Montgomery Street in Crown Heights at 11 pm Monday night.
Upon arrival, they found a 27-year-old and a 22-year-old male with gunshot wounds to their legs, police said.
A large number of shell casings were also recovered at the scene.
Both victims were removed to Kings County Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The NYPD is investigating the incident.
In a separate incident, officers from the 71 Precinct were directed to multiple calls of a male shot in front of 1154 Nostrand Avenue late Monday night.
The victim was removed to Kings County Hospital where he underwent surgery.
Sources said people involved were not members of the Jewish community, although they expressed fear that such violence occurred in the area.
