Merkos L’inyonei Chinuch and Tzivos Hashem published a new book giving an overview of the entire Torah in a fun and interactive way.
“Living Lessons – Yahadus” is a beautifully designed curriculum that is child-friendly and both attracts and retains the child’s attention.
Through exciting pictures, interesting facts and fun activities, each subject comes to life and allows the child to explore topics like never before.
After a successful pilot year, with a number of Jewish schools from around the world testing the project, this curriculum is now available to all schools.
The Yahadus curriculum, perhaps the most up-to-date tool available for teaching a limmudei kodesh, is the vision of Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky of Merkos L’inyonei Chinuch, and philanthropist George Rohr who spearheaded the project in loving memory of his mother Mrs. Sara Rohr.
The curriculum is built with selected elements from current educational methods while not compromising our rich mesorah. It also presents each topic in a way that is relevant and meaningful to a child’s life today, making Torah a real “Living Lesson.”
“I found that it was engaging to all boys, even those who would usually find it challenging to focus,” says Rabbi Shmuel Aryeh Hackner, a teacher in Lubavitch Boy’s School in London, England, who used the pilot edition.
“The boys quickly adapted to the style and set up. The information is excellent and the layout and presentation, outstanding. I believe it is a true revolution in curriculum development and I am eagerly awaiting future volumes.”
Mrs. Tichyeh Schochet, Judaic Studies Principal of Providence Hebrew Day School in Rhode Island, praised the layout, as well as the content.
“The curriculum is so interactive with so many activities to do,” she said. “The passages really bring home the point and the graphics are amazing and the lessons are inspiring.”
Accompanying the student’s textbook is a full-color workbook packed with games, activities, review and more. It also comes with a comprehensive Teacher’s Guide, including additional information, presentation ideas and prepared review and tests sheets.

If only they had these things when we were growing up…
Keep up the great work!!!!
CH schools dont have it…
as a parent with children in the yeshivos, i know that they are not interested in bringing it in… for a myriad of [no good] reasons…
just like they are slow in using new gemoro systems being implemented in many yeshivos…
its about time we use innovative ideas to further our childrens education and not be left behind all other schools
So this is your bunker?
