What’s with the lean?
hmmmm how many Lag B’omer Parades have there been? Do you really think the kids got up there without practicing for the weeks before?
2) Drums are not a musical instrument both from a professional musical perspective and Halachikly (there are wedding in Yerushalayim that don’t permit music cause of the churban but drums are exempt)
3) Practicing is permitted
