Reb Noach is the only chabad person who ever really did outreach in the Rabbonishe world. He has brought over 50 Gedolim to the Rebbe at different times from what I have seen be it Nichum Aveilim or dollars etc. The nachas and smile the Rebbe derived from his connections is worthy of book one day. Great work in a niche which nobody every thought of doing.
We all can learn from harav Noach, as a bochur in Montreal, he did what the Rebbe wants every bochur to do, he was a one of a kind masmid, he learned 24/7 Nigleh Chassidus, he was/is a true model for how a Chabad Tomin has to learn.

As a bochur, he would find a way in to all choshuve Rabbonim and Manhigim and bring them to the Rebbe. You haven’t lost your touch. Mekadesh shem Lubavitch!

Rav Noach’s tremendous chashivus for all Gedolai Yisrael is legendary. This Shabbos, he gave a brilliant chizuk speech to bochrim at a farbrengen in Meron. Overall, there is much to be learnt from his midos tovos. Chazak V’amatz!
Every big rov in america but to get into Chocham Ovadya is very very difficult and almost impossible I wonder how he did it. He has lines and lines of people who wait and cant get in daily because of time constraints and also he is almost 93 years old.
