Ha!
I wanna see how many tickets this is gonna cost you.
I THINK THIS IS AMAZING! IT CAN ONLY PROTECT PEOPLE MORE, AND YES WE NEED TO KEEP LEARNING AND HASHEM WILL WATCH OVER US BUT THAT DOES NOT EXCUSE US FROM DOING OUR PART, WE NEED TO BE CAUTIOUS AND CAREFUL AND AWARE OF WHATS GOING ON AND OUR SURROUNDINGS AND WE NEED TO POLICE HERE!
A HORSE!!! Is it real? Can we look at it? Will it bite us?
why is it in the center where eveyone is?
yayy i saw moshe kravitzky the most awesome guy crown heights ( maker of the moshe show)
yeah, hope it brings us lots of good “muzzle” – hoof-ought about this idea anyways?
Cool now a new pettinge
Zoo nice
thanx for the laugh
I saw 10 cops and 5 police cars on one block of Kingston Ave (between President and Carroll).
This is straight out of Chelm. Putting on a PR spectacle like this is totally infuriating. Whoever put this strategy together needs their head examined. A 5 year old could tell you this makes no sense.
one more animal in our crown hights zoo of crimanal animals
It was gross. There was horse droppings on my street.
It was scary petting the horse!
I saw it in the afternoon! So cool
Now Crown Heights will feel more ‘stable’!

Mounted officers are faster and can sustain a chase longer than foot patrols, while being more maneuverable than vehicles on congested roads.Mounted police also provide important advantages in situations where visibility is important. Mounted units usually police large gatherings because the elevated position allows a wider area of visibility. The enhanced visibility also alerts individuals in crowds to the presence of law enforcement. Mounted units also provide added mobility in areas like parks and tightly-packed urban areas where cars would be unable to operate.
what is a horse on president street going to help when a crime takes place? This is a big game of the nypd. we need the patrolsa on all the avenues period.
The inspector is playing with us like we are fools
HOW ABOUT INCREASED PUNISHMENT FOR HATE CRIMES???
this is a false feel of security .
just a lot of horse crap …….
horses can actually go fast (allot faster than a human)
and all the African Americans are MOST of the time by foot so horses are a VERY big improvement
bring the dogs (people are more scared of them)
Horses are more economical.
how horses help? so if they need to chase someone they can go faster? i really don’t get it.
Moshe Ur enjoying Ur New intertainment?
This Is great!
But….
Sit around on Kingston where all the criminals hang out. Please!!!!!!
We as yidden must continue in our ways of Torah. Hashem does not slumber or sleeps bc he is watching his people. We must be hashems partner by keeping Torah, for that commitment promises physical protection.
what is this going to do for CH safety at all?
It’s a shame that New Yorkers cannot feel safe walking in their own street at night. we need cameras, (HD ones) and something to prevent the african american kids from going wild after school time. things like a horse and $1000 prize wont do much
lol moshe kravitsky petting it
but who’s going to clean up all the poop???
<3 <3 <3
i love it,
the NYPD are always doing the best they can for us.
park near president and kingston and then say there is more security!!!???
how about going to utica – troy – nostrand and those areas where people are scared to walk out at night
PS dont forget to take His garbage left on the floor with you on the way out VD”L
This is ridiculous. Who will be responsible for cleaning up after the thing?!?
Why are we forcing ourselves into a police state? How can people be so narrow minded as to think that this is a good thing?
What’s next, curfew and a big wall??
jews do not feel safe walking in the dark at night in crown heights, its been like this for years, yes its possible that a place like NYC in 2013 people should be afraid to walk their own streets. The only way to make people safer is to have 24/7 cameras, and bright lights, with signs that tell people they are being watched 24/7. In 2013 with the money CHJCC gets there is no reason we cannot get this done. PS while we are at it we should also put up a eruv, which will make our ruchnius safer as… Read more »
lets keep it around for a long time not just 30 days
